Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will make every effort to resolve any concerns or issues you may have.

• Felt ornaments are eligible for return or exchange. You will need to cover the cost of returning the package at your own expense. Please ensure the product and its packaging remain in good condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund immediately. 
• Custom pet orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as each customized pet product requires significant time and effort. If you wish to make modifications after receiving the product, you may return it to us at your own expense, and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments to ensure it meets your expectations.
